Stage One – Retaining Wall, Solar Structure & Sheds.
Stage one works included the construction of a new retaining wall to accommodate the installation of solar panels and new storage sheds.  The scope includes the supply and installation of a timber support structure for the solar panels, designed to integrate with the surrounding landscape.

Works also include the construction of two new sheds to provide additional storage for solar energy storage systems and emergency generator, including all associated foundations and structural components required for completion.

Stage Two – Deck & Planter Boxes
Stage two involves the construction of a new outdoor decked area designed to complement and accommodate the new dwelling. The deck will be finished with hardwood decking and incorporate planter boxes set level with the deck surface to create a cohesive outdoor living space.

The works include the installation of easy-to-use stairs and a new handrail, providing safe and practical access while maintaining a clean, modern finish.
